FLEET FEET BISHOP KELLEY XC KICKOFF CLASSIC

Location: Hunter Park 5804 E. 91st St (on 91st between Sheridan and Yale)
Times: 4:30 PM Registration/Packet Pick-Up Opens 5:30 PM Coaches Meeting 5:45 PM JV Girls (2 Miles) 6:15 PM JV Boys (5 km) 6:45 PM Varsity Girls (2 Miles) 7:15 PM Varsity Boys (5 km)
Amenities: Special XC Kickoff Classic Tech Shirts will be available for $20.00!
Course: 2 Mile 2 circuits around rolling and partially shaded 1 mile loop 5 km 2 circuits around rolling and partially shaded 1.5 mile loop Spectator Friendly Course! Course will be fully marked and flagged!
Bus Parking: Adequate parking for buses and spectators is available in the either of two parking lots at Hunter Park.
Team Awards: Varsity Top 3 Boys and Girls Teams JV Top 3 Boys and Girls Teams
Individual Awards: Top 25 finishers receive medals in EACH race! Ribbons to all other finishers
Timing: All races will be timed using the ChampionChip. This will be the only XC race in Oklahoma to be electronically timed! Chips will be in each teams packet at registration. ALL runners in ALL races will be timed using the CHIP!
Results: Computerized results from CHIP timing will be posted immediately following each race. Results will be posted online at www.fleetfeettulsaxc.com and www.okrunner.com the night of the race.
Scoring: Varsity and JV: top 5 in each division will score. Changes/substitutions to early registrations must be made by 5:00 pm on race day.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the Park.
Entry Fees: Early Registration (before September 1, 2007): High School Teams (unlimited team size) Girls Team = $60 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Boys Team = $60 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Both Boys and Girls Teams = $110
Late Registration (beginning September 1, 2007): High School Teams (unlimited team size) Girls Team = $70 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Boys Team = $70 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Both Boys and Girls Teams = $125
Race Day Registration (September 13, 2007): High School Teams (unlimited team size) Girls Team = $80 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Boys Team = $80 (includes 7 Varsity runners and unlimited JV) Both Boys and Girls Teams = $140
Open Race: $8.00 pre-registered; $10.00 race day
