Middle School XC Meet  2010

Date: Thursday, September 16      (rain date Tuesday, Sep. 22)

Location and Course:   Childers Middle School, 301 E. Tucson, Broken Arrow, 74011

The middle school course is 2 loops, a big one and a small one, of rolling grass situated directly behind the school in the field.  It does not extend into Ray Harral Park.  The elementary course is the same loop.

 Schedule:

      3:30 - Packet Pick up

4:15 - MS Girls 7^th - 8^th               1 mile

4:30 - MS Boys 7^th - 8^th               1 mile

4:45 - MS Awards Presentation

5:30 - Elementary 3^rd - 6^th          1 mile

Team Awards: 1^st and 2^nd place trophies in the girls’ and boys’ divisions

Individual Awards:

·        Medals to the top 20 Middle School boys and Middle School girls

·        Ribbons to every Elementary finisher

Entry Fee:

• Middle School Team:           $40     per team of 5 or more

• Middle School Individual:     $5                   

• Elementary Individual:           $5

NO REFUNDS. Make checks payable to BAXC

Submitting Entries: 

• Middle School: declare a Team or an Individual via email by Friday, Sep. 10 (Coaches must list runners’ names at the meet upon arrival.)

• Elementary: race day sign-up (must sign waiver).
