YELLOWJACKETS INVITATIONAL

Choctaw High School will be hosting the Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational on Friday, April 4, 2008. This is a sanctioned meet, so OSSAA rules will apply. No more than three participants per school will be allowed in the open events. One relay team per school will be allowed. Awards will be given to top four places in open events and relays. A winning team trophy and a runners-up trophy will be given.
Only finals will be run. Team scoring will be 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1. Double points given for relays.
There will be a coaches meeting at 1:30
All events will begin after the Coaches Meeting
Order of events is provided.
Each student will be allowed to participate in only 4 events. The entry fee is $80.00 per team (Boys and Girls = $160.00) NO glass containers are allowed in the stadium area, NO sunflower seeds or chewing gum inside playing area. Only Coaches on infield. Warm-ups will be on practice field. A concession stand will be available.

All field events will begin promptly after the coaches meeting and continue throughout the day. Please listen for announcements over the PA for reporting times. Starting heights and distances to be measured will be determined at the coaches meeting.
