CROSS-COUNTRY TEAM CAMP 9th grade through 12th grade
August 3rd through August 7th
MON, TUE, THU, AND FRI- 7:00 PM TO 9:30 PM WED – 7:00 am TO 9:00 am
The cost will be $25.00 which includes your camp t-shirt.
There will be guest speakers, activities, plus quality team time. The running will be first, then the activities. Bring a change of clothes and your own snack. Water and Gatorade will be provided.

Example daily schedule:
7:00 – 8:00 pm 5 miles (5 miles every day)
8:00- 8:15 pm freshen up
8:15 -8:45 pm games/challenges (????!!!!)
8:45- 9:10 pm lecture
9:10- 9:30 pm team building activity
9:30 -9:45 pm Fellowship Of Christian Athletes (not mandatory)
Wednesday schedule will be similar, it will be held in the mornings though.
