Guthrie “Cottonwood Flats” Invitational

Cross Country Meet

Date:  Saturday, August  28, 2010

Place:  Cottonwood Flats Recreation Area in Guthrie.

            From I-35 take Exit 157 (Hwy 33-Guthrie/Cushing exit), turn left (west) on Hwy 33 and go approximately 2 miles; you will go over Cottonwood Creek bridge and immediately at the bottom of the bridge, turn right on 5^th street.

Time Schedule & Divisions:

        8:00 A.M.     Coaches Meeting

        8:30 A.M.     5A & Below Varsity Girls – 2 miles                

                              6A Varsity Girls -- 2 miles

                              JV Girls – 2 miles

                              5A & Below Varsity Boys – 3 miles

                              6A Varsity Boys – 3 miles

                              JV Boys – 3 miles

                              JH Girls – 1 mile (grades 6, 7, and 8)

                              JH Boys – 1 mile (grades 6, 7, and 8)

Team Awards:  Trophies to 1^st and 2^nd place teams in each Varsity

                        Division.   1^st  place trophy to JH Boys & Girls teams.

Individual Awards:  Medals to top 25 individuals in each division.

Entry Fee:  $50.00 for each Varsity team

                 $30.00 for each JH team

                 $5.00 for individual runners 

                 No entry fee for Junior Varsity with a competing Varsity
