The Oklahoma Track Coaches Association Hall of Fame Committee selected Randy Belicek, Purcell and Jim Coleman, Watonga to the OTCA Hall of Fame. A coach must have a minimum of 20 years of coaching experience in Track and Field/Cross Country in Oklahoma. The Committee takes into consideration team accomplishments, years of coaching experience, involvement in the OTCA, and commitment to the track and field and cross country athletes of Oklahoma.
