LONGHORN PUBLIC SCHOOL TRACK MEET

FRIDAY APRIL 18, 2008

Inola High School would like to extend to you an invitation to participate in our High School  Boys and Girls Track and Field Meet.

Entry Fee:    High School $70.00 for each division team.  $10.00 per individual

                     if less than four (4) members on the team. 

Time:            9:30 a.m. Coaches meeting.  10:00 a.m. field events begin. 10:30

                     a.m. running events begin.

Division:      Four divisions.  4A and below Boys and Girls.

                     PUBLIC SCHOOLS ONLY.

Limitations:  Each contestant is limited to four (4) events, including relays.  Each

                     School is limited to three (3) entrants in each event and one (1) team

                     in each relay.  Three (3) throws will be allowed in the shot and discus

                     and (3) jumps in the long jump.

Medals:        High School Awards to 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th, place in all events.

Points:          Individual event Award 1^st through 6^th places (10-8-6-4-2-1)

                     Relays-Award 1^st through 6^th places (20-16-12-8-4-2)

Equipment:   Inola will furnish all starting blocks.  ¼ inch or shorter spikes are

                     required.
