KELLYVILLE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

“THE SEAN HURST MEMORIAL MEET”

DATE: Thursday / September 28, 2006

TIME:             Coaches meeting will be at 3:30 pm. First race starts at 4:00 pm.

LOCATION:  Creek County Fairgrounds. Located ¼ mile south of the Turner Turnpike

                        Kellyville exit 211 at the junction of highways 33 & 66.

DIVISIONS:   This meet will be for Class 3A schools and below. We will run Varsity

                        Boys & Girls, JV Boys & Girls, and Middle School Boys & Girls.

                        *7 team members max for Varsity / Unlimited JV and Middle School.

ENTRY FEE:  Varsity Teams / $50 per team ($90 for both Boys & Girls).

                        Middle School Teams / $25 per team ($40 for both Boys & Girls).

                        JV Runners free if you enter Varsity teams, otherwise / $40 per team.

                        Individual runners / $10 each.

                        *If entering 2 Varsity teams & 2 Middle School teams / $125 Total.

COURSE:       This will be an outstanding course. The grounds are kept in great shape

                        year round. It will be measured accurately and is mainly flat with some

                        gently rolling terrain. It is very coach and spectator friendly, you can see

                        your runners at all times. There will be a concession and indoor restrooms.

RESULTS:      We will have computer timing and scoring at the finish line.

AWARDS:      1^ST & 2^ND Place team trophies in Varsity and Middle School divisions.

                        Individual medals to top 20 finishers in every division including JV.
