Carissa Levingston of Midwest City High School set a new girls' State Record of 23.69 at the State Meet in Ardmore Saturday May 10, 2008. She had set the previous record at the Midwest City Meet Friday April 18, 2008.

      Carissa Levingston of Midwest City High School set a new girls' State Record of 23.85 at the Midwest City Meet Friday April 18, 2008. Her dash surpassed the old record of 23.89 she set in 2007 at the Oklahoma 6A State Meet at Tulsa East Central.
