25th ANNUAL RAM RELAYS

 

 

DATE:                         Saturday, March 31, 2007

 

TIME:                          All teams report to Multi-Purpose Building by 9:00 for coaches meeting. Field events and running events will start at 9:30. There will be preliminaries and finals in the LJ, Shot, and Discus we will take 7 to the finals. There will be preliminaries in the 400 Relay and 100. There will also be a Sprint Medley for boys only 200,200,400,800. We will not have a 200 m dash in this meet for boys or girls.

 

COACHES:               You will make all entries online, so please go to www.precision-timing.com. Go to entries, then click ENTRY FORMS, then go to OWASSO RAM RELAYS. We are using a computer scoring system.

 

DIVISIONS:                There will be 4 divisions: DIVISION 1 6A-5A BOYS AND GIRLS

                                                                             DIVISION 2 4A AND BELOW BOYS AND GIRLS  

 

AWARDS:                   Medals to the first three places and top two teams will receive team trophies.

 

HEATING:                  Everyone will heat at the heating benches prior to there race.

 

PLACING:                   All events are final.

 

LIMITATIONS:           Short (1/4) spikes.  Starting blocks will be provided.  We have an 8-lane track.

 

ENTRY FEE:              $75.00 for boys, and $75.00 for girls ($150.00 for both). J.V. Teams are welcome and they are the same price. Please bring check with you, or let me know that “The check is in the mail”.

 

TEAM POINTS:         Points to 1st-6th places (10-8-6-4-2-1) in all individual events and (20-16-12-8-4-2) in all relay events.

 

PARKING:                  Please park your bus at west parking lot next to the football stadium.

 

LUNCH:                      We will feed all coaches at the break, so please let us know if you will be attending and how many coaches will be eating.
