Place: Lake Ponca Park located east of Ponca City

Awards:

• Medals to top 30 in each varsity and JV division

• Medals to top 30 in junior high division 

• Awards to top two teams in varsity division

• Awards top team in JV and junior high divisions

Coaches Meeting:               3:30 pm near finish line area. 

Sandwiches and chips will be served.

Dressing Rooms:                 No facilities are provided.

                                      Rest rooms are available.

Divisions and Distances:

§         JV Girls                    1600 meters   4:00

§         JV Boys                   3200 meters

§         Elementary Race       1600 meters

§         Varsity Girls              1600 meters

§         Varsity Boys             3200 meters

§         JH Girls (7-8)            1600 meters

§         JH boys (7-8)           1600 meters

Entry Deadline:      August 27, 2010.  We will be computer scoring this meet.  Please FAX your entries to (580)767-8077 by Friday, August 27.  Changes can be made before the coaches meeting. Pick up team packets and make changes before 3:30.

                     Individual (5 or less)           10  _____

                      All of the above divisions $150  _____

JV free if varsity team is entered.  Must enter a varsity team in order to enter a JV team.

Elementary Race $1.00 (ribbons will be awarded to all participants)
