DIVISIONS:      8th & Below Girls                   2400 Meters  5:30 p.m.

Distance            8th & Below Boys                  3200 Meters  5:45 p.m.

and                     JV Girls                                  3200 Meters  6:05 p.m.

Time:                  Varsity Girls                           3200 Meters  6:30 p.m.

                           JV Boys                                5000 Meters  6:55 p.m.

                           Varsity Boys                          5000 Meters  7:25 p.m.

                           * Start times are approximate and will be adjusted if no JV.

 

NUMBER of RUNNERS Any number of runners from a team may participate and medal, but only the top seven will be used in team scoring.  If there are less than 20 in a JV Division then we will run JV with Varsity.

 

LOCATION: From I-40 exit onto South Harrison (HWY 18).  Drive 1 mile south to 45^th Street; go east on 45^th to Bryan (1 mile).  Go south on Bryan 3 ½ miles until you see the signs for the meet. 

 

COURSE: Viewer friendly and a runner’s course!  Great scenery and a top rate course.  Your kids and parents will love this location.  Restrooms near start line and concessions will be available.

 

AWARDS:  Medals for top 20 places in each division.  Trophies for first place and runner-up teams.

 

ENTRY FEES: Make checks payable to: Shawnee Public Schools

$45.00 for one team, girls or boys HS division.

$90.00 for two teams, girls and boys HS division.

$30.00 for one team, girls or boys MS division.

$60.00 for both teams, girls and boys MS division.

$10.00 for individual runners, less than 5.

JV no entry fee if varsity runs.

 

To be officially entered in the meet, please send a roster of participants (Names and Division-HS or MS) by September 10, 2007, so that tags and numbers can be assigned for computer scoring.
