Bella Nelson of Owasso High School ran 2:07.83 to break her own State Record in the Girls' 800m run at the State Meet held at Western Heights High School on May 17, 2025. Her previous best was at the Frontier Valley Conference Meet held at Bixby High School on Friday, April 25, 2025. She ran 2:09.00 which broke the previous record of 2:09.28 set by Ally Ryan of Jenks High School set at the State Meet held at Yukon High School on May 13, 2017.
