CHAMPIONSHIP CROSS COUNTRY MEET

Date: Tuesday, October 14

* All coaches must send their high school and junior high school rosters to mark_heard@att.net , or fax to 405 275-9501 by Friday, October 10.

Place: Shawnee, OK “Bill Ford Ranch”.  From I-40 exit onto South Harrison (HWY 18).  Drive 1 mile south to 45^th Street; go east on 45^th to Bryan (1 mile).  Go south on Bryan 3 ½ miles until you see the signs for the meet. 

Time Schedule and Divisions:

                        3:00 PM          Coaches Meeting

                        3:15 PM          JV Girls                        3200 Meters

                                                JV Boys                       5000 Meters

                                                Varsity Girls                 3200 Meters

                                                Varsity Boys                5000 Meters

                                                Junior High Girls           2400 Meters

                                                Junior High Boys          3200 Meters

Individual Awards:  Medals to the top 15 in each division, All-Conference Honors in the Varsity and Junior High Divisions.
