TAHLEQUAH “EARLY TIGER”
CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

TIME:
Coaches meeting will be at
3:00 pm.
First race
starts at
3:30 pm.
LOCATION:
THS course. Located on campus just west of the new junior high facility.
DIVISIONS:
All High School Boys, All High School Girls & MS Boys, MS Girls.
All classes will run together.
*There will be no JV races, so unlimited entries for all races.
ENTRY FEE:
High School Teams / $45 per team ($80 for both Boys & Girls).
Middle School Teams / $30 per team ($50 for both Boys & Girls).
Individual runners / $10 each.
*If
entering 2 High School teams & 2 Middle School teams / $120 Total.
COURSE:
This will be a short course. Boys will run a 4k while the girls will run 2k.
The
course will be a 2k loop that is mostly flat with some rolling terrain. This
will be a great early
season course and distance for athletes to get a feel for racing as well as
give coaches an early
look at their team. There will be indoor restrooms.
RESULTS:
We will have computer timing and scoring at the finish line.
AWARDS:
1ST
& 2ND
Place team
trophies in High School and Middle School divisions.
Individual medals to top 10 finishers in all races.
