Dear Coach, On behalf of the Vinita Public School system, we would like to invite you to the 4TH Annual Vinita Hornet Cross-Country Meet.
Information: The meet will be held on Saturday, Sept . 25th, 2010. The location of the meet will be at the Bill Morgan Sports Complex, which is located just west of the High School Baseball Field. (North out of town to the last stoplight and turn left on Hope Road, go approx. 11/2 miles. Complex is on the right side of the road.)
Entry Fee: Varsity teams ---- $50.00 per team ($90.00 for both teams) J.H. teams ---------$30.00 per team ($50.00 for both teams) ($130.00 for all 4 teams) Elementary Runners are $2.00 each. H.S. & J.H. individuals $10.00 each
Awards: Team trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams in Varsity and Junior High Divisions. Medals will be awarded to the top 15 individuals in each division.
Course: The course is smooth with gentle terrain. Course Maps will be available at Check-in.
Entry Deadline: There is no entry deadline. Please call or e-mail to inform us of your participation so we can have an idea of the number of schools that will be attending.

Elementary Boys and Girls 8:45 1 Mile
Junior High Girls 9:10 1 Mile
Junior High Boys 9:30 2 Miles
Varsity Girls 10:30 2 Miles
Varsity Boys 11:00 5 K
