July 20 (Sunday)

1:00 p.m. check in at Western State College

5:00 p.m. Dinner

6:30 p.m. Introduction Session

July 21 ( Monday- Thursday schedule)

6:15 a.m. easy run

7:15 a.m. Breakfast

9:00 a.m. Session

10:15 Wts. and Drills

12:00 Lunch

1:15 p.m. Drive into the Mountains for hike or run

One day will be a class 3 rafting trip

One day will climb to the top of Butte Mt. at Mt C.B. ski resort

Includes a ski chairlift ride up to 11,000 feet

And shopping in Historic Crested Butte

One day race or hike to top of "W" Mt.

One day swimming in the Blue Mesa Reservoir

5:00 p.m. Dinner

6:15 p.m. Session

7:15 p.m. Swimming or games

9:00 p.m. free time and games

Last night Camp Dance
